Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at moyunle5@gmail.com with your order number. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not cover return shipping fees for non-defective items.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at moyunle5@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened/used cleaning supplies, personal care items, and hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
