1. Shipping Locations & Eligibility
 
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states).
If your shipping address is in Alaska, Hawaii, or any other international location, please contact us at moyunle5@gmail.com before placing your order for a customized shipping rate and availability check.
 
2. Shipping Fees
 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination.
 
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders in the contiguous US (48 states) with a subtotal of $30 or more.

- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders in the contiguous US (48 states) with a subtotal less than $30: a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be applied.
 
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
 
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed (order receipt).
 
4. Estimated Delivery Time
 
After your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7-12 business days (excludes order processing time).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier performance or unforeseen delays.

A tracking number will be sent to your email address within 24-48 hours after your order ships.
